SHIPPING & RETURNS

On all retail website orders, we may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. All products may or may not be available in your area. We are not responsible for shipments intercepted by foreign customs or import services.

Customers from the United States and its territories can expect to receive their order within three (3) to seven (7) business days; international orders may take four (2) to six (6) weeks, depending on the destination. Expedited Shipping is available upon checkout.

Please contact us directly with any shipping questions. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 72 hrs. If a product had been damaged; we replace the order free of charge.

We are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide.

Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy. Customer satisfaction comes first to us, however, due to having our own Quality Control Department, we do not refund any orders for a customer not being satisfied. If a customer receives an incorrect item, please provide us with an order number and details about the item; we will then send you a shipping label to return the incorrect product to us and the correct order will be sent to you immediately after we receive the incorrect item. You may return any new, unopened bottles of oil within 10 days of delivery date. Pods and edibles are non-refundable. In an instance where a product is damaged during the shipping process, we send a replacement free of charge and expedite the shipping process.


Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time here.
